What You Can Return:
We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Hickory Stick. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to the Return/Exchange Policy below. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us at Sandy@hickorystickmd.com.
All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt. Any items purchased at full price will be refunded at full purchase price.**
Sale and food items are considered “Final Sale” and are not returnable.
All refunds will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.
Returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition and must have the original tags attached.
All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of The Hickory Stick.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost returned packages or compensation for the lost returned package.
All refused shipments by customer after order shipped will be charged a 25% restocking fee, as well as all shipping costs.
How to Return Merchandise
A Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany all returns. To obtain an RA number, please email us at Sandy@hickorystickmd.com or feel free to call The Hickory Stick at 410-639-7980. When shipping your return, include the completed RA form in the return packaging with the item. If you do not have a form, include a note with your RA#, name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return. (Please note that being issued an RA number does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. Items are still subject to inspection. Ship all merchandise prepaid to:
